Dňa 23.2.2006 mala lokomotíva 350.005 ďalšie technické problémy. Na trati 120 medzi železničnou stanicou Ladce a žel.stanicou Ilava mala lokomotíva problémy s vlakovým zabezpečovačom Mirel . Vlak R608 Spišan smerujúci z Košíc do Bratislavy, na ktorom bola pripriahnutá mal meškanie približne 9 minút.
